The charge against Mr Mohamed Abulhudha Mohamed Izzath is:

1. On or about 20 March 2023, Mr Mohamed Izzath acted dishonestly by submitting a formal Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to RICS, intending to present it as his own original work when he knew that he had copied parts of his submission from one or more other sources.

Contrary to Rule 1 of the Rules of Conduct with effect from 2 February 2022

Mr Izzath is therefore liable to disciplinary action under RICS Bye-Law 5.2.2 (c)

2. On or about 20 March 2023, Mr Mohamed Izzath acted without integrity by submitting a formal Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to RICS, intending to present it as his own original work when he knew or should have known that he had copied parts of his submission from one or more other sources.

Contrary to Rule 1 of the Rules of Conduct with effect from 2 February 2022

Mr Izzath is therefore liable to disciplinary action under RICS Bye-Law 5.2.2 (c)
