Case: Wing Chun Pang [1299283]

Date: Tuesday 14 July 2026 and Wednesday 15 July 2026

The formal charge is as follows:

1.      On or about 18 July 2024, Mr Wing Chun Pang acted dishonestly by submitting a formal Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) submission to RICS, intending to present it as his own original work when he knew that he had copied parts of his submission from the submission of another candidate (Mr JP).

Contrary to Rule 1 of the Rules of Conduct with effect from 2 February 2022
Mr Pang is therefore liable to disciplinary action under RICS Bye-Law 5.2.2 (c)

2.      On or about 18 July 2024, Mr Wing Chun Pang acted without integrity by submitting a formal Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) submission to RICS, intending to present it as his own original work when he knew or ought to have known that he had copied parts of his submission from the submission of another candidate (Mr JP).

Contrary to Rule 1 of the Rules of Conduct with effect from 2 February 2022
Mr Pang is therefore liable to disciplinary action under RICS Bye-Law 5.2.2 (c)
