The charge against Mr Veychenda Saing:
1. On or about 4 March 2024, Mr Veychenda Saing acted dishonestly by submitting a formal Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) submission to RICS, intending to present it as his own original work when he knew that he had copied parts of his submission from the submission of a previous candidate (Mr AR).
Contrary to Rule 1 of the Rules of Conduct with effect from 2 February 2022
Mr Saing is therefore liable to disciplinary action under RICS Bye-Law 5.2.2 (c)
2. On or about 4 March 2024, Mr Veychenda Saing acted without integrity by submitting a formal Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) submission to RICS, intending to present it as his own original work when he knew or ought to have known that he had copied parts of his submission the submission of a previous candidate (Mr AR).
Contrary to Rule 1 of the Rules of Conduct with effect from 2 February 2022
Mr Saing is therefore liable to disciplinary action under RICS Bye-Law 5.2.2 (c)
