Allegation 1
On or about 1 May 2024, Mr Chi Tung Wun acted dishonestly by submitting a formal Assessment of Professional Competence submission to RICS, intending to present it as his own original work when he knew that he had copied parts of his submission from other sources obtained from the internet.
Contrary to Rule 1 of the Rules of Conduct with effect from 2 February 2022
Mr Wun is therefore liable to disciplinary action under RICS Bye-Law 5.2.2 (c)
