The formal charge against Neil McDougall is:
1. On 30 May 2025, Neil McDougall was convicted at Glasgow Sheriff Court of the following offences:
(i) Behaving in a threatening or abusive manner, between 9 January 2021 and 21 March 2024, contrary to Section 38(1) of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010.
(ii) Possessing indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of children, between 6 April 2023 and 29 March 2024, contrary to Section 52A(1) of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982.
Mr McDougall is therefore liable to disciplinary action under Bye-law 5.2.2(d).
Finding: Proved
Sanction: Expelled
The Single Member also made an order to costs.
