The Regulated Member has admitted the following, accepted liability for disciplinary action, and the imposition of a Regulatory Compliance Order for the following:
On 16 October 2025, the Regulated Member completed their Valuer Registration return and answered "No" to the declaration asking whether, in the last five years, they had been subject to any complaint, investigation or disciplinary action by a professional or judicial body regarding their conduct or professional obligations. This was incorrect because the Regulated Member had been subject to a First-tier Tribunal decision relating to Client Money Protection and Consumer Rights Act breaches.
The Regulated Member accepts that this declaration was answered incorrectly and that they did not provide correct information to RICS in their Valuer Registration return.
Outcome: Regulatory Compliance Order (RCO)
This requires the Regulated Member to receive a reprimand, contribute £525 towards the cost of investigation, and agree to publication of a summary of the Order for a period of 12 months.
