The Regulated Member has admitted the following breach of the rules of conduct, and accepted liability for disciplinary action and the imposition of Regulatory Compliance Order for the following:
Mr Righiniotis authored a Fire Risk Appraisal of External Wall (FRAEW) report dated 18 October 2022 when he was not competent to do so.
Contrary to Rule 2 of the Rules of Conduct Global 2021 Mr Righiniotis is therefore liable to disciplinary action under RICS Bye-Law 5.2.2 (c)
Outcome: Regulatory Compliance Order (RCO)
This requires the Regulated Member to accept a reprimand in relation to his conduct, pay a fine of £200, contribute £600 towards the cost of investigation and agree to publication of a summary of the Order for a period of 12 months.
