The Regulated Member has admitted the following breach of the rules of conduct, and accepted liability for disciplinary action and the imposition of Regulatory Compliance Order for the following:
On 05 November 2025, RICS entered into a Regulatory Compliance Order (“the Order”), a formal written agreement to conclude the disciplinary action against Sherif Abdel-Basset (“the Regulated Member”). The agreement records the Regulated Member’s admission to a breach of their CPD recording requirements in 2022 which will form part of their disciplinary record.
Outcome: Regulatory Compliance Order (RCO)
This requires the Regulated Member to pay a fine of £100, contribute and agree to publication of a summary of the Order for a period of 12 months.
