RICS Matrics Liverpool: Networking - Pilates Event

Join us again for another uplifting evening of Pilates and networking at the iconic Royal Liver Building, Liverpool!

We’re excited to welcome you back for a fresh session hosted in collaboration between RICS Matrics Liverpool and Gee Force Fitness, and proudly sponsored by Fisher German.

Arrivals begin from 5:30 PM, followed by a 45-minute Pilates flow designed to build core strength, improve mobility, support posture, and encourage mindful breathwork. This low impact session is suitable for all levels — no prior experience needed, and all equipment is provided.

After the class, enjoy protein goodies and smoothies, including vegan and gluten free options, and take the chance to connect with like minded professionals in a relaxed, supportive environment.
