Join us for a CPD session that explains the commercial reality behind small-to-medium residential development. Aimed at chartered surveyors and early-career professionals, this CPD will explore how sites are sourced and secured, how key risks are identified, and how development appraisals support funding and decision-making.
The session demystifies SPVs, options, conditional contracts, and common funding routes, while highlighting the role of the professional team, design liability and PI considerations. It shows how development value is created through land, planning and property strategy - not just construction.
