Paul Marshall Senior Geodata Consultant t Landmark will be providing an insight into how our expert-led, bespoke geospatial and location‑data services can help surveyors access, understand, and maximise the value of geospatial datasets. This will include updates on OS mapping, the planning history and future development potential of a site, nearby amenities, and environmental factors for risk analysis, among other elements.

Scott Brymer Business Development Director Millar & Bryce will run through some real-life examples to show how Millar & Bryce provide solutions to the legal profession, citizens and others in interpreting boundary, plans and title issues relative to current land registration law and practice in Scotland.

Gillian Oakley, Senior Client Success Consultant, will provide an overview of Promap, highlighting the platform’s core capabilities, including map layers and data overlays, map export functionality, access to market‑leading reports, and historic mapping.

Paul’s expertise is stretching the capabilities of data to provide functional and workable solutions for companies looking to use GeoData for key insights or to make their daily workflows easier. Paul is also a regular speaker at conferences and universities.

Scott Brymer

Business Development Manager, Millar & Bryce

Scott Brymer is the Business Development Director, working primarily with commercial firms and businesses across Scotland. Scott originally qualified as a solicitor in Edinburgh and worked as a commercial lawyer for 10 years before changing career and working in the property technology sector in Australia, England and Scotland until last year. He joined Millar & Bryce in May last year.

Gillian Oakley

Senior Client success Consultant, Promap & Envirocheck, Landmark

Gillian Oakley is a Senior Client Success Consultant at Landmark Information Group, with over 20 years’ experience working across the UK property industry. She joined Landmark in 2013 and has worked closely with a wide range of professionals, including surveyors, estate agents, property developers, architects, and environmental consultants. In her role, Gillian supports clients in achieving their objectives when using Landmark’s platforms and products, including Promap, GoView and Envirocheck. She works in partnership with customers to help embed best practice, improve efficiency, and ensure they gain maximum value from the technology in their day to day work. Gillian also plays a key role in gathering client insight and feedback, working closely with internal teams to inform platform development and enhance user experience. Her focus is on understanding the practical challenges faced by property professionals and ensuring Landmark’s solutions continue to meet real world needs.
