We aim to provide the best possible property advice to charities and voluntary organisations.

We do this through Charity Property Help, our pro bono service which provides free support and guidance on all property matters.

Charity Property Help provides free advice to charities and voluntary organisations on all property related issues.

We offer a minimum one-hour consultation with an RICS-regulated firm free of charge. Whatever the issue, from planning and the environment through to project management and maintenance, we’re here to help.

It is free to register with the scheme. RICS requires certain information about your organisation to ensure we match your requirements with an appropriate firm. We may also wish to contact you in the future to undertake a survey, in order to monitor the effectiveness of the scheme.

Partners of Charity Property Help

Our vision at Charity Finance Group (CFG) is to develop a financially-confident, dynamic and trustworthy charity sector.

Our 1,400 member organisations include charity finance professionals, who between them manage more than £22bn of funds. We work with our members to: inspire and nurture leadership; drive up and set standards; create a better and fairer operating environment; identify best practice and share knowledge.

Ultimately, we strive to equip charities with the knowledge, skills and conditions they need to ensure that every pound works even harder, achieving a greater impact.

NCVO is the largest membership organisation for the voluntary sector in England and the lead body for volunteering in England.

With 17,000+ members, NCVO represents all types of organisations, from large ‘household name’ charities to small voluntary and community groups involved at the local level.

Together, we champion charities and volunteers. The compassionate people who make a daily difference. The collective impact made across the country. For stronger communities. For everyone. Everywhere.

We support our members by developing practical resources designed to support the day-to-day running of their organisations, saving them time to focus on their beneficiaries.
