The role of the JCT contract administrator differs slightly from its counterparts on projects using other standard forms of contract. This session will look closely at overall responsibilities and duties of care, with particular focus on questions of quality control, variations and practical completion.

  • Managing project variations and changes
  • Determining practical completion
