RICS invites you to attend its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will take place on Thursday, 25 June.
For members attending in person, the agenda will start at 12:30 BST with exclusive CPD sessions ahead of the main programme, while sessions for online attendees will begin at 14:30 BST.
The AGM will give you an opportunity to hear from the RICS President Nick Maclean OBE RD FRICS IRRV (Hons), RICS CEO Justin Young, and RICS Executives, as well as ask questions and vote on the appointment of the Auditors.

The 2026 AGM will take place in person and be streamed live. The event will be followed by refreshments and networking which is open to all members attending in person.
All Fellows (FRICS), Professional Members (MRICS) and Associates (AssocRICS) can attend the AGM and vote. Candidates and Honorary members (HonRICS) can attend but are not able to vote.
Members attending in person are also invited to join one of two available CPD sessions that will be held before the start of the presentations. These sessions will run concurrently and feature a short presentation followed by a Q&A session:
We have limited capacity for members to attend the AGM in person at our HQ building. If you wish to attend in person, please register in advance to avoid disappointment. You will be required to present your membership number and identification on arrival.
We will be hosting a live Q&A session at the AGM with President Nick Maclean, CEO Justin Young, SRB Chair Nigel Clarke and other RICS representatives available to answer questions.
Attending members are invited to actively ask questions during the session. However, if you would like to pre-submit a question to be answered, please complete the form available here.
Please note only one question per member can be submitted.
We will answer as many questions as possible during the AGM. Any questions we don't get to on the day will be addressed in a Q&A report, published within a week of the AGM.
