Alan Choi MRICS
Senior Investment Manager, Emperor International Holdings
Alan Choi is a Senior Investment Manager at Emperor International Holdings Limited, specializing in property investment and asset management across Hong Kong, Mainland China and UK. With over 12 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Alan has led strategic initiatives from acquisition, disposal, construction, and asset management and also built a strong industry network and worked across a wide segment of the business allowing him to understand the full spectrum of the real estate business. Prior to this role, Alan has led RICS Matrics Hong Kong with focus on building the young profession community a platform to influence the profession, as well as an opportunity to network and gain support as they go through the assessment. Hiuming Chan MRICS

As a Valuation Surveyor with Hongkong Land, Hiuming supports property valuations across the firm's commercial portfolio throughout Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, Singapore, and the wider region. Her career encompasses roles with leading property consultancies and major development companies, providing her with broad experience in valuation, investment analysis, and sales and marketing. Hiuming graduated with Distinction from the University of Hong Kong's MSc Real Estate programme and currently chairs the Real Estate and Construction Postgraduate Alumni Association.
