The construction and engineering industry has been riven with disputes for years. Disputes can damage business relationships and can also be extremely expensive and painstakingly slow to resolve. There is a growing appetite for methods that avoid conflict and better manage disputes when they do arise.
Our fresh new approach to the avoidance of conflict, CAP helps parties to keep their projects on time and in budget. Parties using CAP will receive a fully reasoned report containing non-binding recommendations for how to resolve the issue they are grappling with. For a full suite of resources - view CAP page here.
