Panel of Mediators

The RICS Mediation Panel brings together accredited mediators with extensive experience in property, construction and land-related disputes. Trained and assessed to RICS standards, panel members are skilled in helping parties navigate difficult conversations, overcome impasses and achieve practical, commercially focused resolutions. Acting as independent and impartial facilitators, RICS mediators support parties in reaching their own negotiated settlement through a confidential and flexible process. Their combination of mediation expertise and sector knowledge makes them uniquely placed to assist with disputes across the built and natural environment.

Joining the RICS President's Panel of Mediators

If you have completed the RICS Mediation Training Programme, you may be eligible to join the President’s Panel in this capacity and become eligible for appointments by RICS, subject to successfully passing a panel assessment interview.
