AECB PHribbon

AECB PHribbon enhances the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP) with three additional Excel sheets and a set of intuitive dialogue screens for each RICS category. It generates material matches from the PHPP and gives extra help for windows, services, refrigerant gases and various excavator work. Built to the UK RICS Whole Life Carbon Methodology (2nd edition) and refined over eight years, PHribbon calculates embodied carbon across Modules A–C and D including renewables, D2. Working inside PHPP ensures operational carbon is based on its highly accurate energy model. PHribbon automatically derives quantities from PHPP and links them to a continuously updated library of over 1,000 EPDs, already converted into compatible units. Users can add their own EPDs, and the software supports WLCA Uncertainty scoring with pre populated values and direct links to source documents. Up to 12 design options can be compared side by side. For each, graphs analyse embodied emissions and show combined embodied and operational emissions over time. Summary tables benchmark results against standards such as the RIBA 2030 Challenge. Full output tables are provided in RICS compliant layouts, making PHribbon a fast, transparent and robust tool for whole life carbon analysis.

Frame Solutions

ESTA is a project delivery and contract administration platform built specifically for RICS consultancies - Quantity Surveyors, Contract Administrators, and Project Managers. Most firms still run commercial workflows through spreadsheets, shared drives, and individual workarounds. This risks missed contractual deadlines, inconsistent delivery, and inefficient workflows. ESTA replaces that patchwork with a single structured platform designed around how chartered surveyors actually deliver projects. Everything is time-stamped and auditable, giving firms a defensible record that protects them when it matters. Contractual deadlines are monitored automatically, removing the liability exposure that comes from relying on memory or informal tracking. Directors get live portfolio visibility, commercial performance, outstanding actions, and risk exposure in one view, without chasing individual project leads for updates. Surveyors spend less time on manual admin and more time on billable work. Firms deliver consistently regardless of who is running the project, switching from individual heroic efforts to a systemised way of operating. ESTA is ISO 27001 certified and was founded by a Chartered Surveyor who has lived with the problems the platform solves. It is purpose-built for how RICS consultancies operate and get paid.

Gather

Gather is site diary and commercial record management software for infrastructure construction. Site teams record each day's work from a phone or tablet, on site, with or without signal. Diaries and shift reports capture People, Equipment, materials, progress, delays and events, with photos attached and the day's weather logged against each entry. What took an evening of paperwork now takes minutes. Every record is structured against the contract, whether NEC4, JCT or FIDIC. Gather checks records as they are entered and surfaces the Compensation Events, Early Warnings and commercial actions that need attention, so nothing is missed and notice deadlines are met. Contractor and Client work from the same record, so both sides see one version of events. Reports and payment applications build from what is already captured, and real-time dashboards show cost against budget, progress and project health across every job. For contractors, that means more variations recovered, fewer disputes, and getting paid in full and on time. For asset owners, it means assurance over every project, fewer surprises, and confidence that the contract is being run properly and the record will stand up. Gather is used by infrastructure contractors and asset owners including Costain, Murphy, Amey and Network Rail.

Metrix

Metrix is a UK-based AI adoption consultancy working exclusively with construction and trades SMEs. We help builders, contractors, subcontractors, and trades businesses understand where AI fits into their day-to-day operations, and where it doesn't. Most AI consultancies have never set foot on a job site. They talk about digital transformation while you're trying to get quotes out, chase subcontractors, and stay on top of compliance. We've managed contracts, dealt with CDM regulations, and know what actually eats your time. That background shapes everything we do. With the RICS AI mandatory standard now in force, surveyors and construction professionals face real questions about governance, liability, and PI cover. We help firms answer them properly: audit trails, model governance, and clear evidence of competent use, with practical frameworks built for how the industry actually works. Our services include AI readiness audits, strategy and roadmap planning, process automation, custom AI tool development, team training and workshops, and AI governance and policy documentation. Typical work covers quoting and scheduling automation, customer communications, document management, tender preparation, and compliance workflows. Built by people who've worked in construction, for people who work in construction.

Rates Goblin

All organisations managing construction costs are sitting on a deep archive of cost intelligence. Most of it is locked in static files, unsearchable and underused. Rates Goblin is a rate-intelligence platform built for the construction industry. It transforms existing cost intelligence into a structured, searchable library of unit rates. The organised data can be viewed in several classification structures including the RICS NRM1 & 2. Data benchmarking is available at different hierarchies from elemental to detailed rates. Uploading data is as simple as drag and drop or forward an email from your inbox. Whether the files are cost plans, tenders or quotations, Rates Goblin automatically identifies the file type and extracts the headline total, maps columns and organises each line against the classification structures. The platform learns from your corrections, improving accuracy with every project added. Goblin Assistant uses natural-language to answer questions about your own data, supported by evidence trails and ranges. Quote Comparison and AI Reporting modules let you produce analysis and client-ready commentary directly from your cost intelligence data. User data is isolated per-organisation, with role-based access and audited usage. Rates Goblin allows you to make informed decisions, using your data, when it matters.

ReviCheck

ReviCheck is a point-of-use verification platform for construction drawings, designed to ensure teams on site are always building from the latest information. While Common Data Environments (CDEs) provide controlled storage and workflows for issuing information, control is often lost once drawings are downloaded, printed, or shared. Teams continue working from what they have, with limited visibility of whether it remains current. ReviCheck addresses this gap by linking drawings directly back to their source model. QR codes placed on drawings allow anyone on site to instantly check, using a mobile device, whether the information they are holding is up to date. Each scan provides a clear, real-time status and creates an auditable record of verification activity. Data gathered across live projects shows that approximately 1 in 4 drawings in use on site are out of date at the point they are checked, highlighting a widespread but often unseen risk. By enabling verification at the point of use, ReviCheck adds a practical layer of assurance alongside existing ISO 19650-aligned processes, helping teams reduce rework, improve confidence in issued information, and gain visibility into how drawings are actually used in the field.
