On Tuesday 17 September 2024 Disciplinary Panel heard fourteen charges against Mr Prinse, ten of the charges were found proved and one charge against the Firm were found proven. The Disciplinary Panel imposed that Mr Prinse be expelled from Membership of RICS.

Mr Prinse appealed the Disciplinary decision which was heard by an Appeal Panel on 17-18 February 2025. The Appeal Panel dismissed Mr Prinse appeal. The Panel also made order to costs in favour of RICS.
