AI in Japan Construction and ESG in the RICS Red Book - 1 Hour Formal CPD

このイベントでは、日本の建設業界における職場環境の向上とグローバルなESG関連評価基準、指標について紹介します。

第１部では、ESGの「S」項目の一つである安全な職場環境に関連して、モニタリング力を高め、リスクを発見し、業務の効率化、データに基づいた意思決定に資するような、建築業界における実用的なAIツールについて報告します。

第２部では、日本の企業におけるESG配慮の概要と、グローバルな評価基準であるRICS Red Book および ガイダンスノートの改訂版において、温室効果ガス、汚染、ウエルビーイングなどのESG関連項目がどのように規定され、実際に使われているかについての概要を報告します。

本セミナーにおける、技術進歩による建設環境の向上とグローバルなESG評価指標という両テーマが、ステークホルダー等への説明責任を強化や、プロジェクトの成果向上に貢献し、かつ、都市を構成する建造物等の環境(Built Environment)の長期的なサステナビリティ向上に役立てば幸いです。

This event examines AI in Japan’s construction sector and the ESG related valuation standards.

One session presents practical AI applications that enhance monitoring, risk detection, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision making.

The other session focuses on ESG measurement frameworks, covering subjects such as greenhouse gas, contamination, and well-being etc., mainly in the RED BOOK revised in 2025 and the Guidance Note revised in 2022.

Together, the program outlines how performance metrics and advanced technologies can be integrated to strengthen accountability, improve project outcomes, and support long-term sustainability in the built environment.

Toshihiko Sato

COO, Avete K.K.

COO specialized in construction site technology. Leveraging over 30 years of experience in plant engineering and project management across food, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors, he focuses on optimizing site operations and standardizing safety management. At Avete K.K., he oversees company-wide operations and the deployment of AI-based construction site safety solutions, Anzen-AI and KY activity support KY-Kenshu.

Shinji Muraki

Executive Officer, JLL Morii Valuation & Advisory K.K., Lecturer of Graduate School of Global Business, Meiji University, Certified Real Estate Appraiser, FRICS, MBA University of Washington.
