Overview
Join RICS Matrics Cambridge for an introduction to HYROX – the rapidly growing fitness race designed to challenge all abilities through a combination of functional fitness exercises and endurance activities.
Whether you're a regular gym-goer or completely new to fitness events, this session is open to everyone. You'll learn about the principles of HYROX, experience some of the key workout stations, and take part in a series of fun partner-based activities. All exercises can be adapted and scaled to suit individual fitness levels, making this an inclusive and welcoming event for all. Following the session, we'll head next door to BrewBoard Brewery for networking drinks, where both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be available.
