RICS Matrics Glasgow: Candidate Support - Matrics x Hollis: Measurement CPD

Overview

Join RICS Matrics Glasgow and the Measured Surveys and Area Referencing team at Hollis for an informative CPD session on the topic of Measurement, a core competency for many APC pathways. 

This CPD session will provide an introduction to measured surveys, exploring how accurate survey data supports informed decision-making and helps reduce risk throughout the property life cycle. 

We will examine the types of projects where measured surveys add value, the range of survey outputs available and the stages at which surveyors typically become involved during planning, design, construction and asset management. 

The session will also touch on the reporting of areas, including an overview of the Code of measuring practice and its role in ensuring consistency, transparency and confidence in property measurement.

Join us at 5:30pm for a chance to network with colleagues. The presentation will start at 6:00pm.
