Join RICS Matrics Essex for an APC Quantity Surveying webinar, designed to support candidates preparing for their APC final assessment and developing their understanding of technical competency Procurement and tendering.
Delivered online via Teams, this interactive session will explore the main types of procurement used in the public and private sectors, tendering and negotiation processes including single and two-stage, as well as evaluating the appropriateness of various procurement routes. The webinar will provide valuable insight into the knowledge and practical experience expected at each competency level, helping candidates build confidence ahead of their final assessment.
This event is open to APC candidates, students and early-career property professionals who would like to build their understanding of quantity surveying in a relaxed and supportive environment.
