Overview

Join Currie & Brown and Timberwise for an evening of learning and networking.

This session will provide insight into dampness in buildings - exploring common causes, diagnosis and remedial approaches - before turning to the introduction of Awaab’s Law in Scotland.

The presentation will examine the background to the legislation and, importantly, what it means in practice for landlords, local authorities, housing associations and property professionals.

Whether you’re involved in building surveying, asset management or housing delivery, this session will provide valuable knowledge to help you understand your responsibilities and prepare for upcoming changes.

The evening will begin with a one-hour presentation, followed by an opportunity to network with industry peers.

Food and drinks will be provided throughout.

Photographs may be taken at this event. If you do not wish to be photographed, please make the Matrics host and/or photographer aware.
