Master Planning Major Developments in Edinburgh
RICS Edinburgh's Local Members Group is pleased to launch their inaugural event in a series of Breakfast Briefings.
Hosted at RICS Scotland Headquarters, these briefings will offer attendees the opportunity to network in the city and receive market updates, critical developments and other information.
Ewan Anderson, Founding Director of Edinburgh-based 7N Architects, will present the practice’s recent masterplanning work on major developments in the city, including West Town, the Garden District, Seafield and Western Harbour, giving his insights on planning and development challenges.

About our speaker
Ewan Anderson
Ewan Anderson is an award-winning Architect and Urban Designer and the Founding Partner of 7N Architects. He has led the practice since it was established in 2009, building a powerful reputation for its innovative approach to placemaking and delivering transformational change on projects including: the University of Glasgow Campus Masterplan, the Glasgow City Centre Strategy, Fountainbridge in Edinburgh, and the 7,000 home West Town development for the Drum Property Group. He has extensive experience of strategic planning and major residential development. Before establishing 7N he was a Partner at Foster + Partners, leading the Quartermile development in Edinburgh.
