Overview

With a growing emphasis on space efficiency, cautious corporate spending, record-high vacancy rates, and a surge in new supply, Hong Kong’s office landscape is undergoing a significant transformation. In response, the CBRE Hong Kong Research team has released its latest report, "Vertical Urban Ecosystems: Reinvigorating Hong Kong’s Office Buildings", offering actionable strategies for landlords to enhance asset value and boost occupancy through building conversions.

Join us at this insightful event, where our keynote will explore how landlords can future-proof their assets by adopting hub-centric ecosystems whilst also offering a compelling real-life example of building remodelling, highlighting its significant benefits for workplace optimisation. The event will conclude with a panel discussion, in which panellists will examine the opportunities emerging from the HKSAR Government’s announcement that it is considering easing regulations for student housing, along with the potential challenges for today’s market.
