The Procurement Act is set to be implemented on 28 October 2024 and will affect those tendering for opportunities as well as those advising public sector clients on the drafting of procurement processes. During this session we will look at:

- What is staying the same
- How the implementation in Northern Ireland will differ from Implementation in GB
