Singapore's construction sector is navigating a period of unprecedented disruption. Volatile material costs, fractured supply chains, geopolitical uncertainty and the rapid rise of artificial intelligence (AI) are reshaping how projects are financed, procured, delivered and disputed. Against this backdrop, commercial professionals are being asked to do more with less: manage greater risk, protect tighter margins and deliver increasingly complex mega projects with confidence.

The morning opens with a construction market outlook and an employer's perspective on master planning and development, before examining supply chain resilience, new developments in procurement and contract management, and the complexities of commercial management in mega projects – from cashflow and risk to stakeholders and contracts.

The afternoon turns to collaborative contracting in practice, including NEC4 and early contractor involvement, responsible use of AI in commercial management, the role of the expert in dispute resolution, delay analysis techniques and the common causes of construction contract issues.
