Overview
Expectations around building safety continue to evolve. Building surveyors play a key role in identifying defects, assessing their significance and providing proportionate, evidence-based advice. This webinar explores how a structured approach to defect investigation can improve the quality and consistency of inspections. Using practical examples, the session will explore defects linked to inappropriate retrofit works, fire separation issues, and brickwork and render failures.
