Overview
For a claim to succeed, it must persuade the reviewer that it has merit.
Poorly expressed claims can, at best, delay the award process and, at worst, escalate the matter into a costly and time-consuming dispute.
Poorly expressed responses and determinations can have similar consequences and may even place the employer in breach of contract.
This presentation provides guidance on the preparation of claims and responses, covering the essential information that should be included and how it should be presented to create a compelling case.
