Resolving construction disputes through mediation

Overview

In collaboration with the Hong Kong Mediation Council Construction Mediation Division (HKMC CMD), the seminar will cover the core principles and how to prepare for mediation, featuring live role play by experienced HKMC mediators, followed by a Q&A session. Attendees will gain practical insights of mediation as an important way to resolve dispute.

Notes:

• Registered members that do not attend this event will be prevented from attending any RICS event in the next 3 months.
• This event is in person with limited places available.
• Multi-booking or walk-in on the day is not allowed.
• RICS will send over an event confirmation/reminder email around 1 week prior to the event if your registration is successful, please ensure you read the full information provided.
• Should the event status need to change/cancel, we will communicate with all parties as soon as possible.
• All participants should arrange their own transport to the venue.
• No insurance policy will be arranged for the participants by RICS, members may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks.
