Overview
These modules deal with contract administration for a generic construction project rather than focusing on a specific form of contract or procurement model. The emphasis is on effective administration during the construction phase.
The course, delivered over two days, is presented primarily from the perspective of a contractor-side contract administrator, but is equally relevant to contract administrators, project managers and quantity surveyors acting for principals, consultants or subcontractors.
Completion of these modules contributes to attaining the Contract Administration competence as part of the RICS Quantity Surveying Assessment of Professional Competence.
This training session is part of a new program, comprising 13 online one-day training modules for client, contractor and consultant commercial managers in Australia. The program is designed to address the key challenges faced by commercial teams responsible for procurement, contracts, risk and commercial outcomes on construction projects.
