Overview
The Conflict Avoidance Coalition brings together organisations from across the construction and engineering industry. These organisations share a common goal: improving project outcomes by reducing the likelihood of disputes before they arise. Representing clients, contractors, consultants, lawyers, adjudicators, engineers and other industry professionals, the Coalition champions practical approaches – set out in its Conflict Avoidance Pledge – that encourage collaboration, early intervention and effective communication throughout the life cycle of a project.
The Coalitions' Conflict Avoidance Conference provides a unique opportunity for professionals from across the entire construction supply chain to come together to explore the latest thinking in conflict avoidance. It is a chance to share practical experience and build valuable connections.
