Perth: The Performance of Sustainable Office Property

Overview

RICS and Real Investment Analytics (RIA) are partnering to run a series of industry briefings across the country looking at the connection between the financial and sustainability performance of office property.

The session will see the launch of RIA’s Office Property Sustainability Indicator (OPSI) – a dataset linking commercial office asset financial performance with sustainability metrics.

RIA has access to a wide range of property office performance data across over 400 property investments valued at c$103 billion. The data set is sourced from both listed and unlisted property funds. This dataset, spanning over the last ten years, provides a unique insight into the performance of the office market.

You are invited to a lunchtime seminar in Perth on Thursday 27 August where a panel of investors, fund managers and tenant advisors will join Dr Anthony Francesco from RIA to discuss findings from the data.
