Overview

Once again, we return to South Africa and partner with the Women’s Property Network to bring you an unmissable and informative RICS conference, bringing together the people, ideas and leadership shaping the next chapter of Africa’s built environment.

At a pivotal moment of transformation across the continent, join us in August when this landmark, full‑day conference will convene senior leaders, innovators and professionals from around the world to explore the forces redefining cities, capital and climate. From valuation leadership and global standards to AI, data‑driven decision‑making and ESG‑led development, the programme focuses on real‑world delivery in complex and fast‑evolving markets and offers a deep dive into the most critical topics.

Through engaging keynote sessions, panel discussions, and real-world case studies, you’ll gain actionable insights into sustainable urban development, harnessing technology for smarter cities, and addressing emerging challenges in the valuation and investment sectors.
