Lester specialises in commercial and industrial real estate transactions. He offers a strong background in real estate investment analysis, portfolio management, and financial modeling. Lester has conducted detailed financial analysis and due diligence for real estate investment opportunities, including market research, valuation and risk assessment. He also has experience with preparing investment memorandums, financial models and advise on investment strategies. He was previously a fund manager for a listed industrial REIT with a portfolio of $550 million, in his career he has transacted over S$1 billion in capital market investment sales.
