Overview

Join us for the first Aberdeen Brodies Summer Spritz, an informal knowledge-sharing and networking event hosted by Brodies LLP. 

The event will bring together RICS Matrics members and early-career professionals from across the built environment for an evening of short, practical legal updates and conversation. The sessions will be led by Brodies and will focus on current topics affecting commercial real estate, construction and the wider property market. 

Topics will include sustainability, net zero and the Aberdeen energy transition, and what these mean for commercial real estate. The event will also cover dilapidations and lease expiry considerations, current trends in the real estate market (including AI, renewables and logistics) and, if time allows, a short recent case law update. 

The format will be relaxed and accessible, with each session kept brief and practical. There will be time for questions, discussion and networking throughout the evening. Attendees will also have the chance to enjoy a spritz before and after the talks, with the option to continue the conversation socially afterwards. 

Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
