Join Matrics Hampshire for a presentation from Claire Brown, an RICS-accredited Conservation Building Surveyor. Claire will offer an insightful and engaging talk exploring the unique challenges and opportunities involved in working with listed and historic buildings.

Drawing on her extensive experience in the conservation sector, Claire will discuss the practical considerations of managing, repairing and adapting heritage assets, along with navigating statutory requirements and balancing conservation principles with clients’ needs. She will also share guidance on how surveyors and property professionals can provide clear, effective advice to clients when dealing with listed buildings.

Tea and coffee will be available on arrival, providing an opportunity to network with fellow attendees before the presentation begins.
