Join RICS Matrics Leeds for an engaging lunchtime walking tour exploring the history and regeneration of Holbeck.

Delivered in collaboration with Leeds Civic Trust and Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher, this free guided tour will focus on The Junction, Leeds I & II, offering attendees the opportunity to discover one of the most significant industrial neighbourhoods in Leeds.

Led by experienced guides, the tour will explore Holbeck's industrial heritage, the conservation of its historic buildings and the ongoing regeneration that is shaping the future of the area.

This event provides an excellent opportunity for surveying and property professionals to gain valuable insight into the relationship between heritage, planning and regeneration, while learning more about one of Leeds most historic and evolving neighbourhoods. It also offers a chance to connect with RICS Matrics members and built environment professionals in an informal setting.

Attendees will also gain an insight into the work of Leeds Civic Trust, learning more about its role in promoting, protecting and celebrating the heritage and built environment of Leeds.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided for those who can stay following the walk, offering attendees a further opportunity to continue conversations and network with fellow professionals.
