Effective identification and management of conflicts of interest is a challenging but essential component of professionalism. For this reason, both the European Union and the national regulatory authorities have recently strengthened the focus on conflicts of interest’s prevention and mitigation.

Mary Ann Reynolds FRICS has been heavily involved in the work of RICS for most of her career. Having been a very active member for over 30 years she is now employed as the County Manager for RICS in Switzerland. One of her past roles as an active member of RICS was as Chairman of CESB and she is also a Licensed Assessor Trainer.
