Helping you through each stage of the assessment process
As an assessor you play an important role in ensuring that only those who fulfil our ethical standards and professional competency requirements become RICS qualified professionals.
There are four roles you may perform as an RICS assessor:
All assessors must complete training specific to the role they are performing and the assessment type. If you are interested in becoming an assessor, please contact your local office who can inform you of the next training dates or add you to a waiting list.
As an assessor you will be able to access the Assessment Resource Centre (ARC) where you can give RICS your availability for assessing, view the candidates assigned to your panel, along with your co-assessor details, and gain access to all the supporting Assessment material.
It has never been so easy to assemble submissions as it is now. I want to pay tribute to the website builders. Before, I had to check submissions numerous times to find that some elements were missing. The new website, together with the link to it in the email, is incredibly convenient and it saves me and my assistant a lot of time.
