RICS in Hong Kong: Site Tour to Hang Seng Bank Headquarters Building

Overview

Join us for an exclusive site visit to the Hang Seng Bank Headquarters, a landmark project exemplifying sustainable building practices, elevated customer service experience and workplace enhancement. Originally completed in 1991, the building has recently undergone a comprehensive transformation to integrates future-ready technologies catering to evolving customer needs and diverse work styles.

Participants will discover how the project team managed and steered the renovation to move beyond the traditional models. The participants will tour the renovated areas and explore the refreshed design, sustainable green features and the transformation that creates a welcoming and modern space for the community in the heart of Central.

• This event is in-person with limited places available.
• Multi-booking or walk-in on the day is not allowed.

• All participating members shall arrange their own transport to the venue.
• Late comers will not be picked up on the day.
• No insurance policy will be arranged for the participants by RICS, members may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks.
