As another year draws to a close, we'll take an informal look back at the major issues that have shaped the surveying profession over the past twelve months. More importantly, we'll ask ourselves a simple question: how accurate were our predictions from last year's forum?

Some of the challenges we anticipated became reality, while others took us all by surprise. This is an opportunity to reflect on what we got right, what we got wrong, and, most importantly, what lies ahead for 2027.

The evening will be an open discussion, giving everyone the chance to share experiences from the year; debate emerging trends in valuation, property management and building surveying; and suggest topics for future CPD events.

With Christmas just around the corner, the forum has become something of an annual tradition — a relaxed, enjoyable evening to catch up with fellow surveyors, exchange ideas and enjoy a little festive cheer.
