Drawing on real-world examples, this talk will explore serious valuation issues that can significantly affect property values – some identified, others overlooked and some resulting in costly litigation.
A thought-provoking examination of the factors that can restrict, diminish or, in some circumstances, eliminate value altogether.
Bruce Maunder Taylor, FRICS, was elected a member of RICS in 1976 and is also a member of The Academy of Experts. Since 1992, he has served on the RICS Panel of Arbitrators & Experts.
He is a senior partner at Maunder Taylor Chartered Surveyors, specialising in the valuation of commercial and residential property, statutory valuations and residential block management. He also advises on management disputes.
Bruce is a highly regarded public speaker and has delivered numerous talks for the RICS Northeast London branch.
