Overview

Coventry Charterhouse started as a medieval monastic house and is now a Grade I listed National Trust property with acres of grounds to explore. Having recently been made more accessible for guests, the property welcomed 18,000 visitors in the first year of National Trust management.

After an RICS update session covering updates to regulation, requirements and processes for members, we will go on a guided tour of the building. We will learn about the history of the building as well as the works taken to preserve and renovate this 600-year-old site. We will also be joined by some of the National Trust team who will be able to speak about the take-over and conservation process.
