Overview
Artificial intelligence has shifted from an experiment to an everyday tool within commercial property management. From automating routine operational tasks to supporting better decision-making around asset performance, risk and tenant experience, AI is quietly reshaping how properties are managed and optimised.
This webinar will explore how AI is currently being used across the commercial property lifecycle, with a focus on real-world applications rather than abstract theory. Through practical examples and short case studies, the session will highlight where AI is already adding value, where it is emerging, and what property professionals need to understand in order to use it responsibly and effectively in line with RICS Responsible Use of AI Standard.
The session will also touch on data quality, governance and professional judgement - recognising that AI works best when it supports, rather than replaces, experienced practitioners.
