Join us for an inspiring and insightful discussion that traces the journey of women in construction - from early career beginnings to stepping into leadership roles.
This session will explore overcoming self-doubt and imposter syndrome, building credibility and influence across technical and commercial environments, and navigating cultural, gender, and industry-specific barriers across regions.
It will also highlight the critical role of mentorship, sponsorship, and visible role models in shaping successful careers, while identifying practical pathways to empower and sustain the next generation of female leaders in construction - ultimately redefining success and driving meaningful change in the industry.
