Overview

Coffee, Cake and Candidates is an in-person event designed to support candidates as they prepare for their APC submission and final assessment interview.

The first hour of the session will feature an “Ask the Assessor” panel, where candidates will have the opportunity to engage directly with experienced assessors and ask questions relating to their submission, final interview, or the assessment process in general. This informal and interactive session is intended to provide valuable guidance, reassurance, and practical insight ahead of the final assessment.

The second half of the event will provide an excellent networking opportunity, allowing candidates to meet and speak with assessors, RICS staff, and representatives from LionHeart in a more relaxed setting. Whether you would like to discuss further questions, share experiences, or simply enjoy informal conversation with fellow professionals, the event offers a welcoming and supportive environment.

A selection of refreshments, including coffee, tea, cake and light snacks, will be available in the second half of the event.

Photographs may be taken at this event. If you do not wish to be photographed, please make the Matrics host and/or photographer aware.

This event is capped at an attendance of 70.
