RICS Annual Awards

As the highest accolades bestowed in global built and natural environments, RICS Awards have become increasingly influential in China since its inauguration in 2016. Not only have the number and quality of entries grown over the past few years, submissions have also come from more diverse geographic locations and industry sectors.

The RICS Awards creates a unique platform to showcase innovations and achievements in China’s built environment, as well as encourage development and advancements within the industry. Continuing these good causes, this seventh edition of RICS Awards aims to attract wider participation from the sector, whereby promoting the highest professional standards, pioneering better places to live and work, and creating a force for positive social impact. We look forward to receiving visionary and inspiring nominations this year.

RICS年度大奖

作为全球建筑和自然环境领域公认的最高荣誉，RICS年度大奖自2016年登陆中国市场以来，在行业内的影响力迅速提升，申报数量逐年增加，申报项目也来自全国更广泛的省市。涉及的领域更广、更多元化。

我们也很高兴地看到，通过举办第八届RICS中国年度大奖，能够为中国建筑环境领域的专业团队和领先项目提供一个独特的舞台，分享中国建筑环境领域的创新成果，鼓励行业的长远发展。不断改进。这些成就激励我们今年继续举办RICS中国年度大奖，以吸引建筑环境领域更广泛的参与和推广，贯彻最高的专业标准，倡导更理想的生活和工作环境，为社会带来积极的影响。我们期待收到更多具有前瞻性和启发性的应用案例。

RICS China Awards 2026

There are 16 categories in RICS China Awards 2026. Each category will showcase how professionals are using their expertise to develop, reshape and protect the environment in which we live and work. If you think your outstanding team or project will have a chance to stand out, please send us your application.

Experts from the judging committee will score each application and the winners will be announced in July 2026.

本届RICS中国大奖共有16个奖项。每个奖项都将展示专业人士如何利用他们的专业知识来开发、重塑和保护我们生活和工作的环境。如果您认为您的优秀团队或项目有机会获奖，请将您的获奖申请发送给我们。

Please read the category, criteria and guideline information carefully. Please ensure you enter the project in the most appropriate category(s), and you are clear on what the judges will be requiring for each category.
Nomination will be accepted only upon acknowledgement of nomination documents and completion of payments.

Submission Fee

Entry fee: RMB 3,000
Entry fee will be collected for each nomination. Nominations for multiple teams/projects in one category or one team/project in multiple categories will be treated as multiple nominations.
Entry fee is non-refundable.
