Ho Swee Sun is an Executive Director at Asia Infrastructure Solutions, a leading consultancy in sustainable and innovative design solutions, engineering, project and programme management, cost management, and business advisory services across the infrastructure, buildings, and environmental sectors. With over 30 years of experience, Swee Sun is a trusted figure in the quantity surveying profession. He works with both public and private sector clients and consultants and is recognised for his expertise on construction cost trends, contract administration, procurement strategies, and broader contractual matters. His broad and deep first-hand experience spans a diverse portfolio of successful building and infrastructure projects – ranging in type, scale, complexity, and value. Swee Sun is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers, and is an Accredited Professional Quantity Surveyor (Tier 1). He holds a Master of Science in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, jointly awarded by King’s College London and the National University of Singapore, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Building from NUS.

Datuk Sr Siders Sittampalam is the Managing Director of PPC International Sdn Bhd and a graduate in Estate Management from UK with an MBA in Real Estate from Sydney. He is registered with Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers, Malaysia (BOARD) and: • a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) • a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (RISM), • a Fellow of Malaysian Institution of Property and Facility Managers Malaysia (MIPFM), • a Fellow of the Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector Malaysia (PEPS) and • a Qualified and Accredited Mediator of the International Mediation Institute and the RICS. Datuk Siders was the Past President of PEPS. In 2021, he was the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award presented by the RISM. He was also awarded Valuer of the Year (2022 – 2023) by the BOARD.

With over 25 years of experience, Serene Koh excels in managing commercial, retail, residential, and mixed-use developments in Singapore. As Head of Integrated Management Services and MCST at CBRE since 2016, she oversees iconic projects like South Beach Development. Serene is known for her proactive service delivery, a quality that has not gone unnoticed, and her strong interpersonal skills. She has earned the Singapore Property Management Excellence Award and the CBRE Leadership Award. Her warmth and dedication make her a respected leader in the industry.

Er. Jee Yi Yng (YY) is the Managing Director of AECOM Singapore (NYSE: ACM), leading a team of nearly 600 professionals in Singapore. Being part of the premier global infrastructure firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle, helping clients solve complex challenges and build lasting legacies, her key role is to drive strategic growth, serving public and private sector clients across key infrastructure areas including transportation, water, environment, energy, buildings, and cost management. Over the past 25 years, she has worked on large-scale underground projects such as deep excavation, tunnelling, land reclamation, and deep foundations. Passionate about innovation and sustainability, she emphasizes the link between design intent and implementation while championing client service excellence, technical quality, and mentoring young engineers. She is a registered Professional Engineer with the PE Board of Singapore in Civil, Geotechnical and Tunnelling engineering.

James is C&W’s Head of Investor Services for Europe, Middle East & Africa and Asia Pacific. In this role he is responsible for the growth of the company’s business with investors, funds, landlords and developers across five key divisions – Capital Markets, Agency Leasing, Valuation, Asset Services and Project & Development Services. Over the last 6 years, he has helped build the firm’s Investor platform in the EMEA region, including identifying key areas for growth in the region and implementing strategies to capture this. In 2023, he added the APAC region to his remit and in April 2023 relocated to Singapore to spearhead the development of Cushman & Wakefield’s APAC Investor Services platform as well. James is a member of the EMEA and APAC Executive Committees.

Man Hon is currently the Director of Procurement Policies Department in the Building and Construction Authority, Singapore. His team works with industry partners to transform procurement and contractual practices in Singapore’s Built Environment sector. Current focus areas include propagating collaborative contracting practices, promoting early contractor involvement and reviewing sustainable procurement practices for public sector consultancy and construction services.

APQS (Tier 1), FSISV, ICECA, MRICS, MAIQS, MSIArb, B.App.Sc., Dip.Bldg, Adjudicator SOPA Silas Loh is a Managing Director in Rider Levett Bucknall Singapore and a Principal Director of the regional offices in South East Asia for the RLB group. He graduated from RMIT Melbourne with a Bachelor of Construction Economics (Distinction) and has been practising as a professional quantity surveyor for more than 30 years. He is a past president in Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers, contributes actively to local universities as advisory panelists, and speaks regularly at conferences and seminars locally and abroad.

Sr Wan Ainon is a practitioner with 33 years of working experience as a consultant QS.  She founded a QS practice, A I Konsult in 2000 with offices in Kuala Lumpur and Penang.  Her practice in Kuala Lumpur combines quantity surveying, architecture and interior design under one roof. The firm provides consultancy services for government and private projects be it traditional procurement, design & build, PFI etc. She is currently the President of Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia. As an active member, she was involved with CIDB in setting up the Building Cost Information Services Malaysia to operate National Construction Cost Centre (N3C) and wishes more people will see the importance of cost data and willing to share their data. She is also the board member of Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia, the regulatory body overlooking the registration of professional quantity surveyors and quantity surveying firms.

At Colliers Singapore, Keng Chiam leads the Valuation & Advisory Services, Hotel & Leisure, and Consultancy divisions.
